Kari Samantha, born in 1967 is an American artist, actress and vocalist (born on April 28, 1967). She started her acting career when she was when she was in her teens. Her best-known character was as Maggie Beckett from the TV show Sliders as well as the role of Sheriff Samantha Parker on the horror film Eight Legged Freaks. She has three sisters and brothers. When she was a teenager, she sang in nightclubs and would sneak out of the family home to perform. Kari Wuhrer, born in 1967 was an American model, performer and actress. Marymount Manhattan College and at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and along with Uta Hagen, a renowned teacher. Kari began her journey into acting when she was 13 and got her first big break in 1987 on MTV Remote Control.
