Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish, half-English woman was born April 16, 1996 in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor was a former Banker. Jennifer Marina Joy worked as a Psychotherapist. His father was Argentine and Scottish English descendance. Her mother is of Spanish and English descent. Taylor Joy also has 4 siblings, one at each one of their parents' prior marriages. The family is originally of Buenos Aires, but moved to Victoria when Taylor-Joy turned 6. Taylor Joy said the move from Buenos aires to Victoria was difficult, and she was not able to take the time to learn English and was hoping to go back to Argentina. Hill House, a school located in the same area as Northlands was obligated to accept her. She later enrolled at Queen's Gate School where she was a ballet student and performed in school productions. When she was 16, she quit the school to explore acting as a profession. Taylor-Joy was born to be an actress at a young age. She realized her dream when Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling job.
